50 Cent And Baby Mama In Court Over Eviction

Today, 50 Cent will ask a judge to evict his baby mother Shaniqua Tompkins from his Long Island Property.

In February a judge decided that 50 Cent only has to pay $ 6,700 a month child support for his son Marquise. 50 Cent had taken himself to court for child support after his baby mama supposedly got too demanding. The judge had decided 50 Cent has to pay $ 25,000 a month and later reduced it to $ 6,700 after checking Shaniqua Tompkins’ expenses.

A part of the deal in February was that Shaniqua Tompkins could stay in 50 Cent’s home while looking for a new residence. 50 Cent says they didn’t even try and that Tompkins is taking advantage of the situation, as the house is in Jackson’s name and all bills are presumably forwarded to one of his faceless accountants in Hollywood.

Shaniqua Tompkins’ lawyer, Paul Catsandonis, plans to argue that the eviction is impossible because Shaniqua Tompkins s is not by definition a tenant. Her lawayer says she never signed a lease agreement and didn’t pay rent, so she can’t be subject of eviction.

The house officially belongs to Curtis „50 Cent" Jackson but Shaniqua Tompkins claims that it was initially promised to her and that 50 Cent reneged just prior to closing the sale on the property.

50 Cent bought the house so that his son Marquise would have access to quality schooling.

Wednesday afternoon a judge denied a motion for an emergency stay of today’s hearing. The fact that the judge didn’t grant the delay probably says he didn’t feel the eviction and ownership were related. Yet.

A publicist for Jackson refused comment on the ongoing legal matter.

Why does he care he's rich he should just let her stay there and he should be paying more in child support. 6,200 is like a penny out of his pocket. I hate when celebs do that. It's there kids.You don't hear to much about 50's son and son's mom.

I wonder how much em pays in child support.

for hailie and alainie not each one!and btw even if 50 is rich her ex doesnt have the rite to take advantage of him!if she cant afford a normal house herself then she shouldnt have the kid with her!see she is doin the same thing as kim did usin their kid against him!!

Why wouldn't I believe it? I don't believe alot of things about em and his daughters because I know about that. But I don't know how much child support other wise I wouldn't of asked. And even if they are documents anyone can make them up using photo shop or other programs thats why sometimes I say it could be fake. But okay thats cool. j.w.

I didn't say it was fake i just said some documents online can be fake. it aint hard to make anything up these days thats why they say don't believe anything online till the person says it.
